My social media is overloaded with questions about childhood anxiety (not necessarily the diagnosed kind, just the "every day" kind of anxiety or even stress/worry). I've gotten many DMs about anxiety (honestly, across all social media platforms) and that makes sense, because we’re in a pandemic folks! Pandemic life is new, and it's hard and it's sometimes frustrating for us and our kids and with all of that, comes worry. Here are some strategies for getting through it!
