Happy International Women’s Day.
I am astounded daily that I am privileged enough to exist in space alongside some truly incredible womxn—in science, in education, in business, in motherhood and in this wild thing called life. To every single one of you who has used your voice when it wasn’t easy, I see you.
We’ve been told we’re not enough, and we’re too much all in the same breath. We’ve been told we’re bossy and yet we’re too permissive; we’ve been told we’re too feminine and not feminine enough—we’ve been told “never change” and also never stop bettering yourself. We’ve been told we aren’t enough just as we are and that is simply not fact. 🌈🧠🙌
