Hands up if you're an adult who is still trying to figure out how to effectively communicate their needs, boundaries, and learn to have compassion with themselves?!?! 👯‍♀️

One of the best things we can do as parents is teach our kids "the right" ways to self advocate, communicate and promote boundaries and truly show up for themselves.
